If you are looking for the best example of Minimal Techno, this may just be that. Sascha Funke's remix is absolutely incredible. Those baselines were later used by Adriano Canzian on his Sexy Military March.
Iaran
The 'Rolling Luggage' mix by Swayzak is a work of art. I'm not usually one for vocals, but these are sublime, cathedral-like tone, yet subdued. Both the vox and electronic sounds on this record are pure aural pleasure for me.
