Any work by Technimatic has been buy-on sight ever since "The Golden Selection" off Hospital's Sick Music 3. With their gut-churning soul spiced with dense liquid energy and stunning sample usage, I'm amazed Tony Coleman didn't try to pull a Cyantific/Logistics-esque semi-exclusive contract for Hospital. I'll say that even though I dig certain tunes more than others, I've never met a Technimatic track I didn't like. The pianos, horns, vocal snips, and other samples weave such a grooving web that it's hard to share attention from anything but the sounds. A perfect blend of progression that never overwhelms the listener but also doesn't leave you wanting more, as I personally find the case to be with some Calibre and Lenzman tracks. Personal favorite is "Not Far to Go". Don't pay ridiculous prices, but I HIGHLY recommend getting this sooner than later.
