Brusio celebrates its first year of research and promotion, with a selection of music contained within, some of the highlights of its production, and further, offers a glimpse into the future musical projects of the label. Brusio Volume Uno is a collection of tracks that, through the extreme sounds, the dreamlike atmospheres and the intriguing sonority of [side a] introduces itself to new listeners and offers a path to memories for old ones. At the same time with [side b] we want to emphasize our desire to continue research and experimentation, showing a preview of the artists who will be present in the catalogue of 2011.
A common thread links the points of this compilation: the thread of the experimentation, the love for sonic research, the passion for sound's quality, fascination for bleeps & clicks, and a keenness for bits and bytes!
