"This Soundsheet was designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of Sonic Holography™ and to demonstrate one of the many listening room set up tests available on the Carver 'Sonic Hologram Demonstration-Calibration Test Record'."

This square flexi was mailed direct from the manufacturer in an envelope that served as a sleeve, and was tacked onto a 6" square white card with printing on both sides and a hole in the center to allow playback: "Do not remove paper backing to play." A smaller card was also included with further instructions printed on one side.
