10" clear, lathe-cut vinyl housed in two separate clear plastic sheets. "Blueberry" is printed in large white capital letters on the top sheet along with the description below:

Concurrent alterations of magnetic fields:
1. Disrupt the pickup of an active field through slow, slowly changing rotations of a magnet.
2. Play pitches on electromagnetic pickup instrument. Repeat on a different octave.

Only one copy printed, to be heard by ten subscribers, the copy held for a maximum of one month then returned to label which resends to next subscriber. No cover photo or track titles, times etc. provided.
