I take it this record is rare as someone is asking over $130 for a copy! To be honest it isn't the best album ever and I guess that not many copies were sold at the time of release as it just wouldn't have worked on Countdown. That aside I came by my copy used with no idea who/what it was. They used synths so I was in for a few dollars. Soundwise it shares some with SPK's "Machine Age Voodoo" album or even Berlin circa "The Metro" with female vocals over synths, guitars and some orchestrations. Took a few goes to get used to their sound (compared to the UK bands) but once I did it is a pretty good record and one worth grabbing if you stumble on it for a price you consider fair.
