So many people missed out on a great movement. Illbient is hip hop that likes to get really psychoactive and experimental at times. Tripped out old school samples, delays that are constantly evolving and canyon size reverbs that shrink into a metal closet when you are not expecting it. Hip hop that wasn't afraid of sounding mad blunted and way out there. If you are melting into the couch and can't get up because the music has taken your ability to, Then you just discovered the illness. This compilation ranges from more traditional hip hop arrangements to totally dubbed out eeriness. Amazing in it's uniqueness and range. Well worthy of a true listen. Good luck finding it.
