The first single to be released in the WEEK 12" REMIX SERIES. The original plan was to release each of the album's 7 songs as an individual vinyl single, with the B-side to be a remix of the A.

The label is baby blue because I had felt that it would be a reference to the phrase and song "blue Monday".

Due to a mastering error, "michiru (monday)" speeds up by a few percent in the song's last minute. I had been told that the time limit for each side of the record at 45rpm was 8 minutes. Since the song was 8:08, it was sped up to meet the 8 minute limit. Since there wasn't a second pressing of the record, the mastering error remains as is.
