Notes

A woman drowning, for a Winter solstice.

Recorded: Dec.2009 in the city of Perm, not far from the Ural Mountains.

For this piece, "The Drowner", Anastasia used some techniques from music concrète:
dripping water from the tap, closing doors and other noises from Her, very noisy, appartment.

There´s also a reference to a movie that Anastasia saw recently which made a big impression on Her:
"Treaty Of Venom And Eternity" by Jean-Isidore Isou .

In the words of Isidore Isou:
"When music eliminated melody as with Schönberg and the atonalists... it reached out toward Letterism."
