Both sides are dark and rolling. Absent Minds starts off with dark bell sounds and shuffling breaks. Nice pitched down Absent Minds sample (where´s it from?) and atmospheres kick the track off. Accompanied by a cool vocal and sharp beats it nicely rolls along until the midrange sounds come in. Overall a good production with a good arrangement that keeps the interest.The Tip Off starts with the Scorpio break and samish padsound to the other side, nothing wrong with that as it sounds good. Cool bleeps and a haunting female vocal create the vibe and dark strings add darkness to the light. Can´t decide really which side to prefer, I like em both.
