This, "Mouvements" from Spicy Box and "Homework" from who you know are in my opinion some of the best French electronic albums ever made.On "Electrocaïne", this is non-stop techno and acid breakbeat with a loud rave feeling. It definitely sounds more British or American than French, since "French touch" was not big beat/acid oriented at all. The only major exception is "Homework" where you really feel the Chemical Brothers's influence. Without them, Daft Punk would not have existed.I love albums with this kinds of tempos. Not too fast like goa or drum and bass, not too slow like trip-hop or downtempo. A beat, a cool bassline, 303s, 909s, a few vocals, repeat until an entire album and let's have fun !
