Notes

Released as a tape and booklet combo. The tape comes in a regular snapcase, which is covers with colour xerox copies on the outside of the box (front, spine and back). The insert is a 20 page 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch (nearly Din A 5) b/w photocopied booklet with art from and info about the bands contained.

Some copies were also sold without booklet.
