Track 14 is bad quality recording from Radio 1.

Most tracks are poor quality, mastered from low quality sources (possibly from MP3 files, or some other lossy format).

CD booklet contains "The Complete Prodigy Discography" from 1991 to 1996.

There's also another version of this release (with similar artwork and same matrix number), which doesn't contain the Discography in the booklet.
