Twilight is one of the best "modern classic" electronic tracks in existence. The rest of the stuff on here is pretty interesting, and feels very "Carl Craig". But Twilight is, by far, the most listenable.

darkness is, I think, one of the best beatless 'club' tracks I've heard, works to such great effect as a big breakdown in a long set and then when the kick of the next track finally comes in its pure bliss. See Sandwell District's fabric mix CD if you want an example of how effective this is.
FLIDER
the last significant C2 release. Sandstorms on this one sound much more "serious" compared to the 2017 re-shape, which is ruined by a clicky-kick layered over the original "BD". Hopefully the repress reduces the "going rate" of the original.

so the sandstorm version in the video above which lasts 6:59 is the re-shape version? and do you know by any chance which one this one is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaWObSR0B90 (Don't get confused by the image in the video)

This E P perfectly captures the essence of a day living beneath the bombs depicted on the cover , starting with the hopeful reverence of 'Twilight' and then the beatless lingering paranoia of 'Darkness'.'Sandstorms' promises imminent military activity, finally unleashed in the deep thunderings of 'Experimento' To comment on war with such eloquence is rare and it sets the bar very high for future producers with a conscience.

Just Another Day isn't just another E.P. It's a great example of Carl Craig's ability to both stay close to his own style and to come up with something new (to adept to new musical trends). I think it's one of the best productions Carl made the last years. Sandstorms is the kind of track Michael Mayer, Dominik Eulberg and all the other Minimal-producers would love to write, but never will.
