wow, from "we are replicants" to "rebirthed in the sprawl" and this one it's a real evolution. beginning as a quite cheesy clone of skinny puppy and nine inch nails, this project now produces deeply pulsating, noisy and masterfully designed industrial techno: a blush response to what electronic music can sound like in 2016. at times, this feels like a jam between autechre and redshape, improvised in a closed sugar refinery. it is metallic, archaic ecstasy from start to finish - a release on wax seems obligatory.
