'Time Is Now' is such a lovely track from the tail end of the great Liquid Funk era of Drum & Bass. It has all the hallmarks of a classic, great beats that are smooth and with loads of power, a rumbling bass that is subtle but very effective, lovely horns, flute, guitar riffs and dreamy vocals all produced and arranged to perfection. Top quality stuff from the Hospital crew. 5/5
