Titled 'Biophilia - The Manual Edition' on the back page and limited to 2,000 copies, only available through Sandbag UK on pre-order.

CDs housed inside the covers of a 48-page hardback book containing live photographs, illustrations, lyrics, liner notes and app information, with lenticular cover art. The size of the book is 24x19x1.2 cm.

Includes a reproduction hand-written note by Björk explaining the two-week delay in the album's release. As the book was produced before the delay and additional work on Biophilia, it contains slightly different credits from the correct ones reproduced here, which appear at the bottom of the handwritten note. It also states 'Published in September 2011 in a strictly limited edition of 2000 copies.'
