Bolv
Reissue from Chayo with fully remastered sound. Unlike from the original album is one - the sound is quite different from the CD released in 1995 by Ambivalent Scale.I do not like remastered reissues, they are often excessively increased the volume level, until clipping. But in the case of "Mystery Seas" remastered album went only benefit - thus clearly heard audible breathing artist, the touch of his fingers on the keys and overtones organ and melodica. Low frequencies gained volume and clearly. However, at this volume level unfortunately still too high for more than three times. The original disc album's sound was somewhat muffled and choked, it was impossible to hear the quiet intimate details of Martin Bates music and true colors body tone organ and melodica. Which edition prefer? Hmm, a matter of taste! But personally i prefer CD from Shayo.
